Salmon, Egg & Cream Cheese Bagel

This ever-chic protein-packed brunch features exquisite layers of moist, rich salmon, hard-boiled egg, red onion, silky avocado, and chives.

Ingredients

1 can (142 g) CLOVER LEAF® Flaked Sockeye Salmon - Skin & Bones Removed, drained
1 Bagel, whole wheat, split and toasted
1 tbsp Cream cheese
1 Egg, hardboiled and sliced
1 thin slice Red onion, separate rings
1/4 Avocado, sliced
2 tsp Chopped chives
Pepper, to taste
1 Lemon wedge juice (if desired)

PREP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. To assemble, evenly spread cream cheese on toasted bagel halves. Divide sliced egg and place on top of each cream cheese bagel half. Then top with the red onion rings.
  2. Divide the salmon evenly and top each bagel half. Finish with avocado, chives and pepper. Squeeze juice from the lemon wedge over the toppings, if desired.
