Time for pizza night. Loaded with tuna, sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese, this swirled-up take on pizza is a seafood lover’s dream.


1 can (170g) CLOVER LEAF® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, drained
1 lb (2.2kg) Uncooked pizza dough
¾ cup Cream cheese, room temperature
¾ cup Pizza sauce
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Red onion, chopped
2 tbsp Capers
¼ cup Basil, chopped


  1. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. With a rolling pin, roll out pizza dough into a rectangular shape about ¼ inch thick then place on a well-floured cutting board.
  3. Spread cream cheese over dough, leaving 2 inches clean/empty on one of the longer sides of the dough. Layer remaining ingredients on top of cream cheese in the following order: pizza sauce, mozzarella, tuna, red onion, capers, and basil.
  4. Roll from the longer size of the rectangle then pinch edges to seal. Slice roll into 1 ½ inch thick spirals with serrated knife, wiping knife clean in between each slice.
  5. Place rolls in greased baking dish with their spirals facing up, leaving 1” of space between each row.
  6. Cover pizza rolls with damp towel and let rest for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F. Uncover rolls and bake 30-40 minutes until golden.
