Mediterranean Tuna Salad

Open Up The Possibilities with our oh so easy and flavourful salad, using our solid light tuna in olive oil and sundried tomato & basil flavoured light tuna.


2 cans (85 g each) Clover Leaf Flavoured Light Tuna - Sundried Tomato & Basil + Solid Light Tuna in Olive Oil
4 slices (14g each) firm Feta cheese (size/slice-2”x1”x0.5”)
1 medium sized cucumber, deseeded & chopped on an angle
½ cup sundried olives, pitted
4 lemon wedges


  1. Separate the Clover Leaf tuna from the olive oil and reserve.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over high heat. Pat the feta cheese dry with an absorbent towel, brush with 1 tsp of the reserved oil* and place in the pan. Cook one minute each side or until golden.
  3. Gently toss together the 2 cans of tuna with the cucumbers and olives. Place evenly on two plates. Top with the seared feta slices and serve with lemon wedges.


  • We’ve used Canadian Feta Cheese (24% M.F. cow’s milk) in this recipe.
  • If you prefer, crumble the feta cheese in with the tossed salad.
  • Try roughly chopped marinated artichoke instead of sundried olives.
  • *You can either discard any excess olive oil or drizzle the remaining olive oil over top the seared feta slices for maximum appetite appeal.
