Easy Salmon Spread
A simple, smooth and tangy appetizer.

Ingredients
1 can (142 g)
Clover Leaf Flaked Sockeye Salmon - Skin & Bones Removed, drained
¼ cup (50 mL)
light mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 mL)
lemon juice
¼ tsp (1 mL)
Worcestershire sauce
dash hot sauce
fresh dill or parsley, chopped
Preparation
- In a food processor or blender, process salmon until fine. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Process for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Serve right away or refrigerate, covered, until serving time (up to a day ahead).
- Serve as a spread on crackers, or with crudité, or spoon into Belgian endive spears or mushroom caps. Sprinkle with dill.
