Tuna Guacamole

Our keto-friendly Tuna Guacamole is a great option as a topper over garden salad or an easy snack with any of your favourite pairings.


1 can (170g) CLOVER LEAF® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, drained
3 Avocados, ripe
2 Tomatoes (Roma, if in season), chopped
½ cup Onion white, chopped
1 Jalapeño pepper, minced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
1 Lime, fresh squeeze
½ tsp Sea salt
⅛ tsp Black pepper, ground


  1. Slice avocados in half, carefully remove the pit and skin and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork or masher until it’s as smooth or chunky as you like it.
  3. Add tuna, tomato, onion, jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.

Tip –

  • Pair with chips, crackers or crudités
  • Jicama chips in recipe image: Cut jicama into ½ inch sticks or into ¼ inch thick triangles. In a large bowl, toss jicama with juice of 1 lime and 2 tsp tajin until lightly coated. Serve.
