Thai Vegetable Stir Fry

Here’s a great stir fry without the carbs. Works well by itself or in a wrap.

Ingredients

2 cans (85 g each) Clover Leaf Flaked Light Spicy Thai Chili tuna
1 cup snow peas
1 carrot
1 red bell pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil

PREP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat up a wok or large frying pan.
  2. Julienne snow peas, bell pepper, and carrot.  (Hint: Use a peeler to create thin slices of the carrot then julienne).
  3. Place the oil in the hot wok; add the tuna and vegetables.
  4. Heat and serve.
