Spicy Curry Tuna

A great ‘Take 5’ tuna recipe using just 5 ingredients including Clover Leaf Spicy Thai Chili Flavoured Tuna and ready in 5 minutes. The mixture works well in a tuna sandwich, too.

Ingredients

2 cans (85 g each) Clover Leaf, Flaked Light Tuna - Spicy Thai Chili
1 tsp (5 mL) pureed, packaged ginger
3 tbsp (45 mL) finely chopped green onion, divided
1/4 tsp (1 mL) curry powder
2 tbsp (30 mL) mayonnaise

PREP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix tuna, ginger, chopped onion (reserve some for garnish) , curry powder and mayonnaise.
  2. Serve over cooked rice noodles or basmati rice or toast.
  3. Garnish with reserved chopped green onion, before serving.
