Lobster Alfredo Pasta Primavera

Cut down on ‘Prep Time’ by picking up pre-cut ingredients from your local grocery store.


3 cups (750 mL) dry penne pasta
1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
1 cup (250 mL) diced zucchini
1 cup (250 mL) sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup (125 mL) diced red pepper
1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped garlic
1/4 cup (50 mL) dry white wine
2 cups (500 mL) prepared Alfredo sauce
1 pkg (227 g) Clover Leaf Lobster Delectables™, Flake Style
1 tsp (5 mL) dry basil leaves
1 tsp (5 mL) lemon juice


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add zucchini, mushrooms and red pepper. Cook, stirring often for 1-2 minutes. Add garlic and cook a few seconds, then add the wine.
  3. Stir in Alfredo sauce, Lobster Delectables™, basil and lemon juice. Cook until heated through.
  4. Serve over cooked pasta.
