Creamy Salmon Dip

Light salmon dip that is great served with an assortment of raw vegetables.


1 can (142 g) CLOVER LEAF® Flaked Sockeye Salmon, Skin and Bones Removed, drained
1 cup (250 mL) plain low fat yogurt
½ cup (125 mL) light mayonnaise
2 c. tbsp (30 mL) chili sauce
2 c. tbsp (30 mL) chopped chives or green onion
2 c. tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh parsley


  1. In medium bowl, combine salmon, yogurt, mayonnaise, chili sauce, chives and parsley; mix until fairly smooth.
  2. Chill until serving. Serve with crudities.
  3. Makes about 2 1/4 (550 mL) cups.


  • Prepare up to a day ahead; covered and refrigerated.
  • Prepare vegetables ahead and store in plastic bags.
