Creamy Crab and Artichoke Dip

A delightful and easy crab cream cheese dip, a great appetizer for festive entertaining!

Ingredients

1 pkg (250 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup (250 mL) mayonnaise
1 pkg (227 g) Clover Leaf Crab Delectables™, Flake Style
1/3 cup (75 mL) chopped onion
1 can (398 mL) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3/4 cup (175 mL) grated Parmesan cheese

PREP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven at 375°F (190°C) .
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and place mixture into a greased glass pie plate. Bake, uncovered, for 15-18 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned.
  4. Serve with crackers or French bread.

Tips:

  • Use low fat garlic cream cheese with low fat mayonnaise.
  • Use 1/3 cup (75 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese in mixture.
  • Use 1 finely chopped white onion.
