Sundried Tomato Tuna & Cheese Tortellini

A quick and exquisite go-to dinner that the family will enjoy. This may leave you withour leftovers for lunch the next day; plan for that.

Ingredients

1 packet (350g) fresh cheese tortellini pasta
2 cans (85 g each) Clover Leaf Faked Light Tuna - Sundried Tomato & Basil
½ cup pesto sauce
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

PREP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring to a boil a pot of salted water. Add the tortellini and let simmer for 3 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together the Clover Leaf tuna with the pesto sauce and grape tomatoes.
  3. Drain the pasta, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss together with the tuna mixture.
  4. Serve immediately.

Tip:

  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves (optional).
