Tuna Couscous Salad

Here’s a quick, make ahead meal, perfect for in-between errands, to keep you fuelled longer. Use any of Clover Leaf Flavoured Tuna selections in this dish.


1 cup (250 mL) couscous
1 can (85 g) Clover Leaf Skipjack Flaked Light Tuna - Tomato & Onion
1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon or lime juice
1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh mint
2 green shallots (thin spring onions), sliced


  1. Cook the couscous according to directions on the package (omitting any oil required) .
  2. Transfer to a bowl and stir in Clover Leaf Tomato & Onion Tuna, lemon or lime juice, chopped parsley, mint and green shallots.
  3. Mix well together and serve, either warm or cold.
