Thai Tuna Wraps
The savoury flavours of ginger, peanut butter and cider vinegar combined with the convenience of packaged coleslaw make a wonderful wrap.

Ingredients
1/4 cup (50 mL)
light mayonnaise
2 tbsp (30 mL)
cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp (22 mL)
peanut butter
1 tsp (5 mL)
grated fresh ginger root
1/4 tsp (1 mL)
each salt and pepper
1 can (170 g)
Clover Leaf Flaked White Tuna, drained
2 cups (500 mL)
purchased broccoli slaw or coleslaw

(6-inch/15 cm) flour tortillas

chopped peanuts (optional)
Preparation
- Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, peanut butter, ginger, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in tuna and slaw.
- Spoon onto tortillas and roll up to enclose filling; cut in half.
Tip:
- For added crunch, add some chopped peanuts.
