Savoury Salmon Pizza

Ready in 30 minutes > waiting an hour for delivery. This pizza is a delicious treat for any occasion.


1-12 inches Italian bread shell for pizza crust, pre-baked
1 tsp (5 mL) olive oil
1 tsp (5 mL) Italian seasoning blend
4 cans (142g each) CLOVER LEAF® Flaked Pink Salmon with Skin & Bones Removed, drained
2 medium sized tomatoes, sliced ¼” thick
6 slices fresh mozzarella
½ cup (125 mL) fresh basil leaves
1 cup (250 mL) shredded Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.   Place pizza shell on lined baking sheet, brush with olive oil.  
  2. Sprinkle Italian seasonings on flaked salmon in a bowl to coat.  
  3. Place seasoned salmon, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil evenly around pizza crust. Top with parmesan cheese.  
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheeses are melted, and pizza is heated through.  
  5. Serve with crushed red pepper and grated Parmesan cheese as desired.  
  6. Makes 8 slices.
