Curry Tuna Pasta

Enjoy a hot filling meal when you’re dashing back and forth between errands.


3 cups (750 mL) pasta
1/4 cup (50 mL) 1% or 2% plain yogourt
1/4 cup (50 mL) light mayonnaise
1 tsp (5 mL) mild Indian curry paste
1 tsp (5 mL) lime juice
salt and pepper
2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh coriander or parsley
2 pouches (85 g each) CLOVER LEAF Rip'n Ready Pouch TM Yellowfin Tuna
1 tbsp (15 mL) dried cranberries or raisins
toasted almonds, garnish


  1. Cook pasta in boiling water for about 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain well.
  2. Meanwhile, blend yogourt with mayonnaise, curry paste and lime juice. Taste and add salt and pepper as necessary. Stir in coriander.
  3. Combine pasta, tuna and cranberries. Add yogourt mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Garnish with toasted almonds.
