Crab and Rice Alfredo

A creamy sauce with flake style surimi over rice may sound time consuming but is really easy and quick to prepare especially for a busy home.

Ingredients

1 jar (435 mL) Alfredo sauce
1-1/2 cups (375 mL) frozen peas, thawed
1 tbsp (15 mL) each chopped fresh parsley, chives and pimentos
1 pkg (227 g) Clover Leaf Crab Delectables™, Flake Style
4 cups (1 L) hot cooked white rice

PREP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine Alfredo sauce, peas, parsley, chives and pimentos in a medium skillet. Place over medium heat, stirring frequently until heated through.
  2. Add Crab Delectables™ and heat an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Serve over a bed of hot cooked rice. Serve with shredded fresh Parmesan cheese, if desired.
