Avocado Lemon Pepper Tuna Wrap

For a creamy, crunchy and tangy craving all rolled into one, and with no mayo, ‘order up’ this wrap for a main meal or snack.

Ingredients

1/2 granny smith apple
1/2 avocado
2 whole wheat tortilla, 8”
1 ½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce leaves
2 cans (85 g each) Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna - Lemon & Pepper

PREP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Core and julienne apple.
  2. Core out the avocado, slice lengthwise and spread onto the wrap.
  3. Cover with lettuce and apple.
  4. Top evenly with Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna – Lemon & Pepper
  5. Wrap, then slice to make 3 pinwheels per wrap and serve.
