Delectables™ are prepared the way it’s been done for some 900 years – as surimi – a staple of the Asian diet.

Crab Delectables™ are made with fillets of sustainably wild caught Pollock and/or Pacific Whiting fish from an MSC* certified sustainable fishery, and are delicately flavoured to taste like succulent crab. These Crab Delectables™ are gluten free.

Clover Leaf Crab Delectables™ – Leg Style have the look and taste of real crab legs. They can be cut to size, and have a wonderfully mild crab taste. They are packed in an easy peel packaging.

Delectables™ are precooked, making it easier for you to enjoy either ready to serve or in an easy hors d’oeuvre. Just dip into your favourite sauce and enjoy!
