Try this quick and easy dinner of Crab Delectables™ patties with ingredients you’re sure to have on hand!


1 pkg (227 g) Clover Leaf Crab Delectables™, Flake Style or Leg Style, very finely chopped like shreds
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) fine, fresh breadcrumbs
2 tbsp (30 ml) each minced red onion and fresh parsley
2 tbsp (30 ml) each mayonnaise and Dijon mustard
1 egg beaten
1/2 tsp (2 ml) each finely grated lemon zest and pepper


  1. Blend the crab shreds with the breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, egg, lemon zest and pepper until well combined. Form into four lacy-edged round patties.
  2. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Add the crab patties in batches (work if the pan is crowded) . Cook, turning once and pressing gently with a flexible plastic spatula, for about 6 minutes or until golden on each side.
  4. Serve.
