1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
1 tsp (5 mL) lemon juice
1/4 cup (50 mL) torn fresh basil leaves (or 1 tbsp/15 mL dried basil)
1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded feta or mozzarella cheese
