Mother's Day Specials

Mother’s Day is just around the corner.

Are you looking for ways to impress mom this year? Why not prepare these simple, easy and ready-in-a-snap ‘Take 5’ recipes for her.

  1. Quinoa Salad is a hearty, lemony and healthy dish that uses quinoa with Clover Leaf’s Lemon & Pepper Flavoured Tuna. You can serve this as shown in the picture here in radicchio leaves as appetizers or over your favourite greens.
  2. Italian Tuna Pasta Salad is a delicious mix of penne pasta and our Sundried Tomato & Basil Flavoured Tuna. This makes a great main dish or even as a salad course.
  3. Tuna and Pear Melt, a decadent appetizer, has our Dill & Lemon Flavoured Tuna topped with walnuts and blue cheese, then broiled. Feel free to use any topping (crushed mixed nuts; brie sliver; shaved/grated parmesan) of your choice.
