Warm Crab Dip

So easy and perfect for a Potluck Party.

Ingredients

1 pkg (227g)
Clover Leaf Crab Delectables™, Flake Style
1/4 cup (50 mL)
liquid eggs, well shaken
1/4 cup (50 mL)
mayonnaise or light mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 mL)
ketchup
1 tsp (5 mL)
each Dijon mustard and lemon juice
1/4 tsp (1 mL)
each salt and pepper
1
green onion, very thinly sliced

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) . In large bowl, combine half the crab with the eggs, mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard and lemon juice, salt and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until blended but not smooth. Stir in remaining crab flakes and green onion. Transfer to a lightly greased 2 cup (500 mL) baking dish.
  2. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately with flat bread, crudité or crackers.
  3. Makes 2 cups (500 mL).
