Spicy Thai Chili Tuna Stir-Fry

A classic stir-fry flavour amped up with zucchini as noodles and our spicy tuna.


1 can (142g) CLOVER LEAF® Flaked Light Tuna - Spicy Thai Chili
¼ cup Water
2 tbsp Soy sauce, less sodium
2 tsp Ginger, minced
1 tsp White sugar
¼ cup Red onion, sliced
½ cup Shredded carrot
¼ cup Yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
½ cup Snap peas
1 Zucchini shredded into noodles
16 Dry roasted peanuts, crushed
Garnish Cilantro
Garnish Sliced green onions


  1. Over medium heat in a sauté pan, bring water, soy sauce, ginger and sugar to a simmer.
  2. Add onion, carrot, bell pepper and snap peas and stir until tender and vibrant, for about 3-5 minutes. If liquid reduces too much, add a bit more water so the veggies can be stirred easily.
  3. Add zucchini and tuna and stir gently, cooking until heated through, for about 2 minutes.
  4. Top with crushed peanuts, cilantro and green onions.
