Spicy Thai Chili Tuna Larb Lettuce Wraps

Quick and delicious. Easy to assemble. High on your weekly menu list.


2 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp Lime juice
½ tsp Garlic, grated
1 tsp Ginger, grated
1/2 tsp Brown sugar
2 Green onions, chopped
¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
2 pc Radish, thinly sliced
¼ cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp Fresh mint
2 tbsp Thai basil, fresh
2 tbsp Coriander, fresh
2 cans (85 g each) Clover Leaf® Flaked Light Tuna - Spicy Thai Chili
6 Butter lettuce
1 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper (plus more for garnish if you would like)


For the Vinaigrette:

  1. Mix all ingredients for the vinaigrette together.

For the Larb Salad:

  1. Pour over the Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna – Spicy Thai Chili.
  2. Mix in the red onion and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Incorporate half the fresh herbs.
  4. Season with cracked black pepper.

For Serving:

  1. Garnish with the remaining herbs, sliced radish and more black pepper.
  2. Serve with butter lettuce and enjoy!
