Spicy Thai Chili Tuna Curry

A great ‘Take 5’ tuna recipe using just 5 ingredients including Clover Leaf Spicy Thai Chili Flavoured Tuna and ready in 5 minutes. The mixture works well in a tuna sandwich, too.


1 can (142 g) Clover Leaf® Flaked Light Tuna - Spicy Thai Chili
1 tsp Pureed, packaged ginger
3 tbsp Finely chopped green onion, divided
1/4 tsp Curry powder
2 tbsp Mayonnaise (reduced fat)


  1. Mix tuna, ginger, chopped onion (reserve some for garnish) , curry powder and mayonnaise.
  2. Serve over cooked rice noodles or basmati rice or toast.
  3. Garnish with reserved chopped green onion, before serving.
