Shrimp and Crab Ceviche

Enjoy this divine hors d’oeuvre, perfect for cocktail parties and candlelight dinners for 2 or 20!

Ingredients

2 cans (106g each)
Clover Leaf® Cocktail Shrimp, drained and rinsed
1 can (120 g)
Clover Leaf® Chunk Crabmeat, drained
1 cup (250 mL)
chopped celery
1 cup (250 mL)
chopped onion
1 cup (250 mL)
chopped tomato
¼ cup
chopped fresh cilantro
1
jalapeño pepper, stemmed, seeded and diced
¼ cup
lime juice
¼ cup
lemon juice
2 tbsp (30 mL)
olive oil
½ tsp
salt

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, crab, celery, onion, tomato, cilantro, pepper, juices, oil and salt. Stir gently, cover bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Refrigerate to marinate ingredients for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours, if desired. Makes 6 cups.

Tip:

  • Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
