Seafood Lasagna Roll-ups

Ingredients

6
lasagna noodles
Filling* (see below)
1¾ cups (425 mL)
Italian-style tomato sauce
*Filling:
1 pkg (227 g)
Clover Leaf Crab Delectables™, flake style or leg style
1 cup (250 mL)
low fat (1%) cottage cheese, drained
1/4 cup (50 mL)
grated Parmesan cheese
1
eggs
1 tbsp (15 mL)
dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp (1 mL)
onion powder

Preparation

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Rinse in cold water; drain well.
  2. Keep aside some grated cheese for garnish. Thoroughly combine filling ingredients with fork. Spread 1/3 cup (75 mL) filling on each noodle. Roll tightly; place seam-side down in a 9-inch (23 cm) square baking pan.
  3. Pour sauce over roll-ups. Bake, covered, at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese.
