Oyster Appetizer Pizza

Ingredients

1/2 cup (250g) spreadable cream cheese
1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
1 (12) pre-baked pizza crust
2 tbsp (30 mL) prepared pesto
1 can (133g) Clover Leaf Pacific Oysters - Whole, drained
1/4 cup (50 mL) grated Parmesan cheese

USED IN THIS RECIPE

PREP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine cream cheese and lemon juice; spread evenly over crust.
  2. Spread pesto thinly over top of cream cheese.
  3. Place whole oysters evenly over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.

Tips:

  • Use either thin or thick pre-baked pizza crusts.
