Mediterranean Salad

A quick & tasty salad chock full of omega-3's! To turn down the heat, replace paprika with red bell peppers.

Ingredients

Lettuce

tomatoes
1
red paprika
100 g
mushrooms
1 tbsp (15 mL)
dill, parsley and chives
Sauce
3 tbsp (45 mL)
Olive oil
1 tbsp (15 mL)
vinegar
Pinch of salt
Pepper
1
clove of garlic, chopped
2 cans (106g each)
Clover Leaf Brisling Sardines-Mediterranean

Preparation

  1. Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces.
  2. Chop tomatoes and paprika.
  3. Slice mushrooms.
  4. Chop dill, parsley and chives.
  5. Mix all the ingredients to prepare the dressing, except Sardines.
  6. Toss salad with dressing.
  7. Spread sardines on top of the salad.
  8. Serve immediately.
