Dilled Crab Dip Bread Bowl

Here’s a simple, one-step dip that anyone at home can put together. The ‘Bread Bowl’ gives it the added oomph!

Ingredients

1 loaf (454 g) round loaf crusty bread
1 pkg (250 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 mL) each prepared horseradish and Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh dill
1 pkg (227 g) Clover Leaf Crab Delectables™, Flake style, chopped
Crackers and/or vegetables

PREP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut 1-inch (2.5 cm) slice from top of bread. Cut out centre of bread, leaving 1-inch (2.5 cm) shell.
  2. Combine next 6 ingredients, beating to blend well. Transfer mixture to bread bowl.
  3. Serve with crackers and/or vegetables. Tear pieces from bread bowl to use as dippers.
