Crab Stir-fry

Bring home flavours with this tantalizing recipe done in 30 minutes in your kitchen and not using take-out or delivery!

Ingredients

1-1/2 tsp (7 mL) oil
4 cups (1 L) fresh or frozen stir-fry vegetables
1 tsp (5 mL) each fresh minced ginger root and garlic
1 pkg (227 g) Clover Leaf Crab Delectables™, Flake Style
1/3 cup (75 mL) purchased stir-fry sauce
4 cups (1 L) hot cooked rice
- Toasted sesame seeds (optional)

PREP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add vegetables, ginger and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until barely tender (cover with lid and add a little water for fresh veggies) .
  2. Add Crab Delectables™ and sauce; stir to combine.
  3. Serve over hot cooked rice and sprinkle liberally with toasted sesame seeds.

Tip:

  • Add 1 can (227 mL) sliced water chestnuts, drained or 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) baby corn, drained.
