WHO guidelines recommend regular exercise, balanced diet as ways to reduce dementia risk

A report released titled "Risk Reduction of Cognitive Decline and Dementia" indicates that WHO predicts a sharp rise in people with demential by 2050! It emphasized that dementia is not a natural or inevitable consequence of aging and can be prevented or delayed.
