Spinach & Bean Tapa Tuna Salad
From the traditional assortment of Spanish Tapas (appetizers), here’s one that works immensely well as either a first course salad or a sumptuous family meal. A must try with crusty (garlic) baguette or any bread of your choice.

Spinach & Bean Tapa Tuna Salad Ingredients
| 2 cans (85 g each) | Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna - Tomato & Onion |
| 4 cups | baby spinach, pre-washed |
| 1 1/3 cup | white beans or navy beans, drained & rinsed |
| 1 tsp | minced garlic (store bought) |
| ½ tbsp | olive oil |
Preparation
- In a large pot slowly heat up oil.
- Add the beans, garlic, spinach & tuna. Cover.
- Remove from heat after 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
