Tuna and Chick Pea Salad Ingredients
| 2 cans (85 g each) | Clover Leaf Solid Light Tuna - Yellowfin in Olive Oil |
| 1 1/4 cup (300 mL) | Chick peas, drained and rinsed |
| 1 cup (250 mL) | Yellow cherry tomatoes, quartered |
| 1 | Yellow pepper, diced |
| ½ | Chopped onion |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | Chopped chervil |
| 1/4 cup (50 mL) | Italian dressing, low fat |
| Salt, black pepper to taste | |
| green onion (optional for garnish) |
Preparation
- Gently mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Check the seasoning. If desired, garnish with green onion and serve.
