Thai Tuna Dip
This tuna appetizer is delicious and can be made a day ahead for your convenience.

Thai Tuna Dip Ingredients
| 2 | Finely chopped green onions |
| 1 pkg (250 g) | Light cream cheese, softened |
| 2 cans (85 g each) | Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna - Spicy Thai Chili |
| 1 tsp (5 mL) | Curry powder |
| 1 tsp (5 mL) | Turmeric |
| 1/2 tsp (2 mL) | Ground cumin |
| 1 | Juice of a lime |
| ¼ bunch | Fresh parsley, chopped |
| Salt and pepper to taste |
Preparation
- In a medium microwaveable bowl, combine green onions, cream cheese, tuna, curry, turmeric, cumin and lime juice.
- Heat in the microwave, uncovered, for about 2 minutes or until the mixture is warmed through.
- Add parsley to the mixture and blend in a food processor for a smooth texture. Let this sit for a few minutes.
- Serve with raw vegetables or crackers.
- Makes approx. 1 1/2 cups (375ml).
Tip:
Prepare this dip up to a day ahead; cover and refrigerate. Heat at serving time.
