Moroccan Tangiers Tuna Ingredients
| 1 ½ cups | couscous |
| 1 stalk | celery, small dices |
| 1 cup | mint, chopped |
| 1 can (85 g) | Clover Leaf Yellowfin Solid Light Tuna in Olive Oil |
| 1 can (85 g) | Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna – Lemon & Pepper |
Preparation
- Heat up water in an electric kettle. Pour 1½ cups of boiling water over couscous.
- Dice up celery and chop up mint.
- Fluff up couscous using a fork and stir in the mint, celery, tuna from the cans and the olive oil from the can of Clover Leaf Yellowfin Solid Light Tuna in Olive Oil.
- Serve immediately.
