Avocado Lemon Pepper Tuna Wrap Ingredients
| 1/2 | granny smith apple |
| 1/2 | avocado |
| 2 | whole wheat tortilla, 8” |
| 1 ½ cup | shredded iceberg lettuce leafs |
| 2 cans (85 g each) | Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna - Lemon & Pepper |
Preparation
- Core and julienne apple.
- Core out the avocado, slice lengthwise and spread onto the wrap.
- Cover with lettuce.
- Top evenly with Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna - Lemon & Pepper
- Wrap, then slice to make 3 pinwheels per wrap and serve.
