Tuna Couscous Salad
Here's a quick, make ahead meal, perfect for in-between errands, to keep you fuelled longer. Use any of Clover Leaf Flavoured Tuna selections in this dish.

Tuna Couscous Salad Ingredients
| 1 cup (250 mL) | couscous |
| 1 can (85 g) | Clover Leaf Skipjack Flaked Light Tuna - Tomato & Onion |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | lemon or lime juice |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | chopped fresh parsley |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | chopped fresh mint |
| 2 | green shallots (thin spring onions), sliced |
Preparation
- Cook the couscous according to directions on the package (omitting any oil required) .
- Transfer to a bowl and stir in Clover Leaf Tomato & Onion Tuna, lemon or lime juice, chopped parsley, mint and green shallots.
- Mix well together and serve, either warm or cold.
