Sundried Tomato and Basil Tuna Pasta

Sundried Tomato and Basil Tuna Pasta Ingredients
| 2 cups (500 mL) | penne pasta |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | olive oil |
| 1 cup (250 mL) | mushrooms, sliced |
| 1 can (396 mL) | diced tomatoes |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | tomato paste |
| 1 can (85 g) | Clover Leaf Skipjack Flaked Light Tuna-Sundried Tomato & Basil |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | chopped fresh parsley |
Preparation
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
- Add the mushrooms and sautée for 2 minutes.
- Add the can of tomatoes and tomato paste, cook over low-medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Stir in Clover Leaf Sundried Tomato & Basil Tuna and chopped parsley. Cook for 1 minute longer.
- Stir in the pasta and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
