Spicy Thai Chili Tuna with Noodles Ingredients

1 pkg (350 g) oriental stir fry noodle (chow mein noodle)
1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
1/3 cup (75 mL) broccoli
1/3 cup (75 mL) snow peas
1 tbsp (15 mL) soy sauce
1 can (85g) Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna - Spicy Thai Chili
coriander leaves to garnish

Preparation

  1. Soak the noodles in boiling water for three minutes, loosen with a fork then drain well, or follow instructions on the packaging.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok.
  3. Add the broccoli and snow peas and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce and noodles and stir fry for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in the Spicy Thai Chili Tuna, cook for 1 minute then serve garnished with coriander leaves.
