Spicy Thai Chili Tuna with Noodles Ingredients
| 1 pkg (350 g) | oriental stir fry noodle (chow mein noodle) |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | vegetable oil |
| 1/3 cup (75 mL) | broccoli |
| 1/3 cup (75 mL) | snow peas |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | soy sauce |
| 1 can (85g) | Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna - Spicy Thai Chili |
| coriander leaves to garnish |
Preparation
- Soak the noodles in boiling water for three minutes, loosen with a fork then drain well, or follow instructions on the packaging.
- Heat the oil in a wok.
- Add the broccoli and snow peas and stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce and noodles and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Stir in the Spicy Thai Chili Tuna, cook for 1 minute then serve garnished with coriander leaves.
