Spicy Curry Tuna
A great 'Take 5' tuna recipe using just 5 ingredients including Clover Leaf Spicy Thai Chili Flavoured Tuna and ready in 5 minutes. The mixture works well in a tuna sandwich, too.

Spicy Curry Tuna Ingredients
| 2 cans (85 g each) | Clover Leaf, Flaked Light Tuna - Spicy Thai Chili |
| 1 tsp (5 mL) | pureed, packaged ginger |
| 3 tbsp (45 mL) | finely chopped green onion, divided |
| 1/4 tsp (1 mL) | curry powder |
| 2 tbsp (30 mL) | mayonnaise |
Preparation
- Mix tuna, ginger, chopped onion (reserve some for garnish) , curry powder and mayonnaise.
- Serve over cooked rice noodles or basmati rice or toast.
- Garnish with reserved chopped green onion, before serving.
