Seafood Spinach Dip
Here's a hot and flavourful dip that works just as well using Clover Leaf Crab Delectables™ Flakes or Shreds products.

Seafood Spinach Dip Ingredients
| 2 | garlic cloves, minced |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | butter |
| 1/2 tsp (2 mL) | crushed dried basil |
| 1/4 tsp (1 mL) | ground black pepper |
| 300 g (1 pkg) | frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry |
| 1/4 cup (50 mL) | grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 pkg (227 g) | Clover Leaf Lobster Delectables™, flake style |
| 1/4 cup (50 mL) | mayonnaise |
| 1/4 cup (50 mL) | cream cheese |
| Crackers or bread sticks |
Preparation
- In a non-stick skillet, sauté garlic in butter for 1 minute.
- Add basil and pepper, followed by spinach, Parmesan cheese and Delectables.
- Heat through, stirring frequently.
- Add mayonnaise and cream cheese, stirring constantly until cheese has blended in.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately in a dish alongside crackers or bread sticks.
