Seafood Lasagna Roll-ups Ingredients
| 6 | lasagna noodles |
| Filling* (see below) | |
| 1¾ cups (425 mL) | Italian-style tomato sauce |

| 1 pkg (227 g) | Clover Leaf Crab Delectables™, flake style or leg style |
| 1 cup (250 mL) | low fat (1%) cottage cheese, drained |
| 1/4 cup (50 mL) | grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | dried parsley flakes |
| 1/4 tsp (1 mL) | onion powder |
Preparation
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Rinse in cold water; drain well.
- Keep aside some grated cheese for garnish. Thoroughly combine filling ingredients with fork. Spread 1/3 cup (75 mL) filling on each noodle. Roll tightly; place seam-side down in a 9-inch (23 cm) square baking pan.
- Pour sauce over roll-ups. Bake, covered, at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese.
