Sardine and Avocado Tostadas

Sardine and Avocado Tostadas Ingredients
| Avocado Salsa | |
| 1 cup (250 mL) | chopped tomatoes |
| 1 | small avocado, mashed |
| 1/3 cup | chopped onion |
| 2 tbsp (30 mL) | cilantro, chopped (optional) |
| 1 | fresh or canned jalapeno chili, chopped |
| salt and pepper to taste | |
| Other ingredients: | |
| 6 | corn tortillas |
| 1 1/2 cup (350 mL) | shredded lettuce |
| 1 1/2 (350 mL) | shredded Monterey Jack cheese |
| 3 cans (106 g each) | Clover Leaf Brisling Sardines - Mediterranean Flavour |

| cilantro, garnish |
Preparation
- Avocado Salsa: Mix together tomatoes, avocado, onion, cilantro (optional) , jalapeño chili, salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat tortillas on racks in 250° oven for 4-5 minutes or until crisp.
- Layer lettuce, cheese and Avocado Salsa on each tortilla, dividing equally.
- Top with sardines and a dollop of sour cream. Garnish with cilantro.
