Warm Crab Dip

Warm Crab Dip Ingredients
| 1 pkg (227g) | Clover Leaf Crab Delectables™, Flake Style |
| 1/4 cup (50 mL) | Break•Free Liquid Eggs, well shaken |
| 1/4 cup (50 mL) | mayonnaise or light mayonnaise |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | ketchup |
| 1 tsp (5 mL) | each Dijon mustard and lemon juice |
| 1/4 tsp (1 mL) | each salt and pepper |
| 1 | green onion, very thinly sliced |
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) . In large bowl, combine half the crab with the eggs, mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard and lemon juice, salt and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until blended but not smooth. Stir in remaining crab flakes and green onion. Transfer to a lightly greased 2 cup (500 mL) baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately with flat bread, crudité or crackers.
