Pizza Norway Ingredients
| 2 (12 inch) | prepared pizza crusts |
| 1/2 tsp (2 mL) | dried oregano or 1 tsp chopped fresh oregano |
| 1 can (8 oz) | tomato sauce |
| 1 1/2 - 2 cups (375- 500 mL) | mozzarella cheese |
| 2 cans (106 g each) | Clover Leaf Brisling Sardines-Mediterranean, drained |
| 1/2 cup (125 mL) | sliced black olives |
| 2 tbsp (30 mL) | sliced roasted red bell peppers |
| grated Parmesan cheese |
Preparation
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over pizza crusts.
- Grate or slice mozzarella and layer on top of sauce.
- Arrange sardines in single layer on pizza.
- Bake in 425° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove and arrange olives and bell pepper on pizza. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese and return to oven.
- Bake another 5 to 10 minutes, until crust is crisp.
- Remove. Cut into wedges and serve at once.
