Oyster Cream Cheese Topping

Oyster Cream Cheese Topping Ingredients
| 1 can (85 g) | CLOVER LEAF Smoked Oysters, drained |
| 1 container (125 g) | cream cheese |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | mayonnaise |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | medium sherry |
| 1/2 tsp (2 mL) | horseradish |
| 1/4 tsp (1 mL) | paprika |
Preparation
- Whip Smoked Oysters and cream cheese with electric mixer.
- Add all other ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Serve on crackers, in tomatoes or in tart shells.
Makes 1 cup.
