Lentils with Mild Curry Tuna Steak Ingredients
| 2 | garlic cloves, minced |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | butter |
| 1 | red bell pepper, sliced |
| 1 3/4 cup (400 mL) | canned lentils, drained and rinsed |
| 2 pouches (113 g each) | Clover Leaf Yellowfin Tuna Steak - Mild Curry |
Preparation
- In a medium saucepan, sauté the garlic in butter, then add the sliced peppers and stir for two minutes. Add the lentils and continue to stir until warm.
- Open tuna pouch and place the tuna steak onto a plate and warm in the microwave, covered for 30 seconds.
- Present the tuna steak and sauce on the bed of lentils garnished with a sprig of parsley (if desired) and serve immediately.
