Lobster and Red Pepper Cheese Melts Ingredients

1 pkg (227 g) Clover Leaf Lobster Delectables™, flake style
1 cup (250 mL) red pepper, chopped
1 cup (250 mL) part skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup (125 mL) green onion, chopped
1/3 cup (75 mL) light mayonnaise
1/4 cup (50 mL) mushrooms, chopped
1 tsp (5 mL) oregano
1 pkg (16oz/460g) (1) greek style pitas
1/4 cup (50 mL) grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients. Divide evenly and spread on top of pitas. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  2. Broil for 5 minutes.
