Lobster and Red Pepper Cheese Melts Ingredients
| 1 pkg (227 g) | Clover Leaf Lobster Delectables™, flake style |
| 1 cup (250 mL) | red pepper, chopped |
| 1 cup (250 mL) | part skim mozzarella cheese |
| 1/2 cup (125 mL) | green onion, chopped |
| 1/3 cup (75 mL) | light mayonnaise |
| 1/4 cup (50 mL) | mushrooms, chopped |
| 1 tsp (5 mL) | oregano |
| 1 pkg (16oz/460g) (1) | greek style pitas |
| 1/4 cup (50 mL) | grated Parmesan Cheese |
Preparation
- Combine first 7 ingredients. Divide evenly and spread on top of pitas. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Broil for 5 minutes.
