Lobster Alfredo Pasta Primavera Ingredients
| 3 cups (750 mL) | dry penne pasta |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | olive oil |
| 1 cup (250 mL) | diced zucchini |
| 1 cup (250 mL) | sliced fresh mushrooms |
| 1/2 cup (125 mL) | diced red pepper |
| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | chopped garlic |
| 1/4 cup (50 mL) | dry white wine |
| 2 cups (500 mL) | prepared Alfredo sauce |
| 1 pkg (227 g) | Clover Leaf Lobster Delectables™, Flake Style |
| 1 tsp (5 mL) | dry basil leaves |
| 1 tsp (5 mL) | lemon juice |
Preparation
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add zucchini, mushrooms and red pepper. Cook, stirring often for 1-2 minutes. Add garlic and cook a few seconds, then add the wine.
- Stir in Alfredo sauce, Lobster Delectables, basil and lemon juice. Cook until heated through.
- Serve over cooked pasta.
